She spoke Spanish and was always so happy to do anything I asked of her. She always welcomed the clients in with a happy smile and took the time to listen to them and interact with them in a pleasant manner. I was moved by her ability to connect with the clients and so I decided to sponsor her through the Real Estate program. Together we studied, and I helped her understand the trade. Before long it was time to send her to take the state exam. Cheryl Passed her exam the first time on December 30th, 2021.
